At Bingette Beauty, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and smoothly.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is shipped.

🚀 Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days or less

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days or less

📍 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship Pan-India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹55 shipping fee applies.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Bingette Beauty, we take great care in crafting every product with love and precision. Since our products fall under makeup and personal care, we follow strict hygiene protocols. Here’s what you need to know:

❌ Returns

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

​

🔄 Exchanges

We only consider exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or wrong product.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You have a complete video of unboxing (from opening the sealed package to showing the issue clearly).

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process an exchange request.

    • Your order number

    • The unboxing video showing the issue clearly

    • A short description of the problem

⏳ Exchange Process Time

  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
